To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please:

  • Provide your order number.

  • Share clear images of the defect.

Once we verify the defect, we'll either replace the book or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been delivered. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the product description before purchasing.
